What happened
The video was identified as AI-generated and not authentic footage from France 24. AI detection tools indicated the clip was generated using AI. A deepfake voice detector also identified the audio as likely a deepfake. The original France 24 broadcast, uploaded on 27 March 2026, was a report about media restrictions on war coverage and did not mention any campaign against Pakistan.
