A cybercrime network called Storm-2139, used illegally accessed generative AI services (including Microsoft's Azure OpenAI) to create and sell tools for generating non-consensual intimate images of celebrities and other sexually explicit content. Microsoft filed a lawsuit against six developers involved. The celebrities targeted remain unnamed for privacy reasons.
