Eight individuals were arrested in South Korea for creating and distributing deepfake videos of HYBE MUSIC GROUP artists. Six of the suspects were detained for creating Telegram chats to produce and distribute the deepfake videos. HYBE cooperated with the NGPPA (Northern Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency) in the investigation, and fans also reported information through HYBE's Artist Rights Violation Report Center.
