OpenAI's Sora 2 model has been used to generate deepfake videos of famous people and copyrighted characters. Users who shared likenesses have had them used to create videos of them shouting racial slurs. A viral AI-generated video on TikTok shows CCTV footage of a man catching a baby falling from a window. People are generating videos of fake bomb scares, children in warzones, and graphic scenes of violence and racism. One video shows a Black protester yelling the 'you will not replace us' slogan. Reality Defender bypassed Sora 2's identity safeguards to generate celebrity deepfakes.
