What happened
Investigators allege that the suspect took photos from the victim’s Facebook page. He then digitally altered them to depict her as nude, and sent the manipulated photos to another person without her consent. The criminal complaints were filed on April 30. The victim had not consented to the distribution of these images and had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
