What happened
Four 12th-grade boys created a deepfake of a female classmate and posted it on another student's Reddit account. The school allegedly refused to take action, instead forcing the victim to stay in the counselor's office and banning 12th-grade gatherings. The school also threatened to suspend anyone who spoke about the matter and advised the parents not to file charges. Students are planning a protest.
