A video showing a girl in a yellow dress falsely claimed to be Monalisa Bhonsale, who went viral selling beads at the Maha Kumbh Mela, is circulating on social media. The Quint fact-checked this video and found it to be a deepfake. The original video is of actor Wamiqa Gabbi, manipulated using face-swap technology to replace Gabbi's face with Bhonsale's. AI detection tools confirmed the video's manipulation, identifying the "FaceSwap technique" with high confidence.
