What happened
The AI-generated image features a depiction of Donald Trump pulling the Keystone pipeline out of the ground. In the scene, a tombstone is visible with the inscription "Buried by Biden." A secondary banner in the image promotes the project with the text: "Keystone Pipeline. Completely Free. Energy, Jobs. America First."
Trump’s post accompanied an announcement that the United States had paused 50 percent tariffs against Canada, suggesting a deal that could revive the Keystone XL Pipeline, which had been shut down in January 2021.
