The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) created a fake AI-generated video of Maine Gov. Janet Mills giving a boy “a no-parent-permission-required estrogen kit.” The video misrepresents her policy positions and shows AI-generated videos of the "consequences" of those policies, depicting Mills forcing girls to compete against biological males and handing a young boy an estrogen kit without parental permission.
