A composite image was digitally created inserting Israeli President Isaac Herzog into an existing photograph of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. This fake image was then reposted by a journalist before being identified as AI-generated. There was also a separate image showing Epstein in Tel Aviv, which was proven to be fake due to textual anomalies.
