A male middle school student created a fake nude image of a female classmate using AI, superimposed her head onto a naked body, and shared it with others at school and on a bus. This led to an altercation, and the victim was allegedly expelled after reporting the incident and hitting the boy. The male student faces ten counts of unlawful dissemination of images created by AI. State Rep. Bryan Fontenot intends to create legislation named after the victim.
