Cryptocurrency company official deepfake (Feb 2026)

North Korean hackers targeted a cryptocurrency company official with malware and scams, including a fake Zoom meeting featuring what appeared to be a deepfake of a CEO from another cryptocurrency company. The hackers used the meeting as a ruse to install malware and steal information for cryptocurrency theft and future social engineering campaigns.
