Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth posted an AI-generated image of Franklin the Turtle attacking drug boats. The image was a parody book cover with Franklin wearing U.S. military gear and attacking drug runners from a helicopter. This was in response to a report about U.S. military strikes on alleged drug traffickers where Hegseth allegedly gave a command to kill everybody aboard a boat.
