What happened
Detectives opened the case in May 2026. Alexander Marban allegedly altered the images by removing clothing and pairing the minors’ faces with nude bodies. A search warrant was obtained, and multiple devices were seized. After analyzing the devices, detectives determined there was probable cause to believe that Marban created the images with the intent to possess child sexual assault material (CSAM). He was arrested and charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography and one count of methamphetamine possession. The investigation is ongoing as detectives work to identify additional victims.
