Meta is suing Joy Timeline HK Limited, the creator of the 'nudify' app CrushAI, which allows users to create sexually explicit images of people using AI. The lawsuit alleges the company circumvented Meta's ad review process to promote the app on Facebook and Instagram. Senator Dick Durbin cited a report estimating that 90% of CrushAI's traffic came from Meta's platforms.
