Approximately 5,000 New Hampshire voters received a robocall featuring an AI-generated voice of Joe Biden urging them not to vote in the primary, suggesting their votes would benefit Republicans. The software used was from ElevenLabs, requiring only a few hours of voice samples to create a convincing clone.
