What happened
The man, Jayden Scott, is also the defendant in a lawsuit filed last winter. The lawsuit stems from the 35th District State Senate Republican primary. Jason Tunney, the Republican nominee in the special election, is suing Scott for allegedly creating deepfake videos of him and circulating them on social media during the primary.
