Jane Doe deepfake (Mar 2026)

Three teenagers filed a lawsuit against xAI and Elon Musk, alleging that their images were morphed into sexually explicit content using the company's AI tools. One victim discovered explicit images of herself circulating online, created by manipulating her real photos. At least five files including one video and four images depicted the victim's face and body in fabricated explicit scenarios. The accused also manipulated images of at least 18 other girls.
