The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) posted a social media image featuring an AI-generated IndyCar with the ICE acronym to promote a proposed detention center in Indiana. The IndyCar series objected to the use of their car's likeness, especially since the car number matched that of Pato O'Ward, the only Mexican driver in the IndyCar Series. DHS initially defended the use of the image but later removed the post.
