What happened

Hannah Cummins reported that her service dog, Opal, disappeared from her yard. Opal is a chihuahua-greyhound mix who works with children at a daycare, helping them with emotional and social challenges. Following Opal's disappearance, Cummins received AI-generated videos and photos of a dog purported to be Opal. She stated that the video upset her and that it was clear the video was AI-generated. Cummins has filed a report with the Denver Police Department.
