OAN used AI-generated images, reportedly created by Grok, of women soldiers during a segment about female military recruitment. The images accompanied claims about increased female recruitment under the Trump administration. OAN later admitted the use of AI-generated images violated company policy and issued an on-air correction. Matt Gaetz apologized for the error.
