A viral video circulating on social media claimed to feature the newly released national anthem of an independent Balochistan, specifically praising Hindu deities. Fact-checking confirms that the song has no official status and is a product of artificial intelligence.

What happened

The video surfaced amid ongoing regional tensions, as Baloch separatist groups symbolically observe August 11 as an independence day, despite the region remaining under Pakistani control with no international recognition. The viral clip, which allegedly presented a new national anthem for a sovereign Balochistan, was traced back to a YouTube channel titled “Beyond Conscious.”

Investigation revealed that the channel uploaded the video on July 18, 2026, with the creator explicitly stating that the visuals, music, and vocals were entirely generated using AI tools. Further verification through AI detection software, including SynthID and Hive, confirmed that the content was 100% AI-generated. There is no evidence or official statement from any Baloch separatist leadership declaring this track as their national anthem, nor have any credible media outlets reported such a development. The YouTube channel responsible for the video is known for creating and uploading similar AI-generated devotional content dedicated to various Hindu deities. Consequently, the claim that the video represents a new national anthem for an independent Balochistan is false.
