Grammarly's 'Expert Review' feature allegedly misappropriated the names and identities of famous writers without their consent. The app gave feedback as if it came from those named people, using their writing to generate advice they did not actually provide. Users could reasonably believe they received guidance from, or endorsement by, the named person, even where the person was not involved.
