Ethan Tanner Fagan was sentenced to 90 years for possession and production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated images depicting CSAM. The AI images depicted actual, identified children and adults from Clark County and surrounding communities. The investigation was conducted by the Arkansas State Police (ASP) ICAC Task Force, with assistance from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
