On July 16, 2026, Raymond L. Jensen Jr. posted a comment on Will Lehman’s Facebook page in response to a campaign statement regarding a federal criminal investigation into UAW President Shawn Fain. The comment included an AI-generated image depicting Lehman bound and gagged with blood running from his mouth, while a masked figure aimed an automatic rifle at his back.

Lehman’s attorney, Eric Lee, responded by sending a formal letter to Glen McGorty, counsel for the court-appointed monitor overseeing the UAW. The letter demands an immediate investigation into the incident, the suspension of Jensen without pay, and a public repudiation of the threat by the union. The complaint also calls for the matter to be referred to the Department of Labor and federal law enforcement, citing the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, which prohibits the use of force or violence to intimidate union members.

According to the UAW's 2025 LM-2 filing with the Department of Labor, Jensen’s total compensation was approximately $202,000.
